Chris was excellent to work with for our recent flyscreen purchase! He initially came out for a quote, was on time and very polite and accommodating. He provided advice about the best options for a retractable flyscreen, and had samples to show as well. We went ahead with Chris as he had a competitive price, good product and warranties and was so easy to deal with (even responding to our email immediately in the evenings). Other companies said that it would not even be possible to install what we wanted or that it would take months to finish...Chris then came to install the flyscreens after only a few short weeks and again was very punctual and friendly. Everything was installed perfectly, and we are really happy with the final result. Would definitely recommend Chris and JJM Group to anyone looking to install flyscreens!

From my first interaction with Chris we were extremely happy with the professional service we received. Communication was prompt and regular, he was happy to answer all my questions and recommended the most appropriate solution not the most expensive one. The final product looks amazing, the price was cheaper than the other quotes we received and installation occurred three weeks before the other companies could install. We were very pleased with the professional installation of a retractable flyscreen. Chris the installer and his helper were very affable and cleaned up all unused wrapping and tape that accompanied the unassembled kit. I can highly recommend their work. I should also add that they came when they said they would come.

I reached out to a number of suppliers in this area, and Chris and the JJM stood out from my first interaction. They were responsive, their price was competitive and most importantly they delivered and installed a quality product that they were willing to provide an extensive warranty for. This was important to me as I was replacing a shonky installation by Wynstans (with a Y). This was a far superior alternative. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who is interested.
