The Process:
Welded together, the door is then sandblasted to expose a clean smooth finish, it is then zinc plated to allow for a durable and even finish, to the powder-coating color of your choice. We’re proud that every steel heritage door is locally made and assembled here in Melbourne helping support local business.

Mesh Options:
Our steel doors can be optionally fitted with any of the meshes shown under our “Mesh option” section in the site browser. For owners with pets, we highly recommend our thicker DVA one way mesh or stainless-steel woven mesh.
